Exchange or Return of Goods
We want you to love your Unix items. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return Unix items within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packaging.
For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You can either choose your preferred courier service or opt to purchase a return label from us for added convenience.
While we maintain a high standard of product quality, unforeseen issues can occur. In the event of receiving a defective product or an incorrect order, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes the shipping costs.
Please note that personalized items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. We strive to provide a transparent and customer-centric return policy to ensure a satisfactory experience for all our valued customers.
To start a return, you can submit a return request via our return portal or contact us at support@unixuae.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Unix online store.
